The GTM "jobs-to-be-done" are changing—and that's a good thing. For a century we've celebrated GTM "hustle" that mostly meant cold calls, email blasts, content mills, and dashboards no one reads. Agents will do that now. Faster, cheaper, and with greater precision. In the near term, that sounds disruptive. In hindsight, it will feel humane.
